Spring is Here!

 We made the last annual visit to see Pope Mike on his favorite holiday of the year.  He says he is retiring the outfit after this year....we'll see...

 Spring means baseball!  Hank plays on the 7 year old team which is machine pitch.  He has played shortstop, second base, pitcher and an outfielder.  He loves it and is very good!

The Easter Bunny has been messing with Isabelle and Baymax.  We will be in Oklahoma for Easter so I guess he thought he would come early to our house.  This is what Isabelle and Baymax were doing when we woke up this morning...

A Little Of Everything

It has been busy here!  We all have lots of things going on so I will try to catch all of you up on it!

 Mimi continues dance - she goes thru May when we have her recital.  Thanks to Aunt Liz she now has a great bag to carry all her dance essentials!

 So Rudy and Butch came home with Hank.  They are the traveling dogs that go home with each student.  They were luck and they got to help Hank work on his PineWood Derby car.

 This guy got IXL Honor Roll for the first semester.  So proud of the little man :)

 Basketball came to an end in early February - Hank can't wait for next year!

 Then Jerry got to come home with Mimi on Ash Wednesday thru the weekend!  He is the traveling boy that makes his rounds at the homes of the Pre-K students.  He got to see snow!

 And yes, we got snow again this year - not enough to sled.....

But enough to build snowmen!

After-Christmas in Chicago

We headed to Chicago on December 27th.  No snow while we were there but there was no shortage of fun either!

 Hank had a not so fun incident.  He ate some candy with egg in it from a gas station on the trip up...it seemed to make his lungs close up a bit and he got wheezy.  We ended up at an urgent care for 2 breathing treatments and an inhaler.  He is fine now - not so fun, and a little scary :(

 Jack got a lot of special treatment from the lady cousins - including getting pushed around in a laundry basket  for quite a while.

 We celebrated New Year's!  Everyone was in bed by 10:30 :)

And the trip is not complete without one of Grandpa Wayne's malteds...yum :)

Christmas Festivities

 We had our annual friends Christmas party - Mimi and Grace are enjoying some good food and fun!
