This is my old man in the camp shirt and hat mowing the grass video. I do a lot of mowing-gotta keep the grass looking nice while Daddy is at work!

My First Picnic!

What a beautiful day today is! We finally have no rain and no humidity. It is absolutely beautiful so Mommy, Daddy and I had amy first picnic at the park!
We took lots of food and sat on a blanket in the grass. We got to watch the kids playing on the playground.

And then....we got to go to the Sprayground! They have one right at the park. So Daddy and I changed into our suits and headed into the water!

These little squirts out of the ground were a lot less intimidating than some of the big fountains!

But after a while, I was not scared. Watch me run right through the water and out the other side. I loved it! I came home and took a long nap. What a great day!

What fun at the grocery store! One of the playgroups that Mommy and I belong to took a filed trip to Trader Joe's yesterday. It is just a neighborhood grocery store but they have a lot of fun there. Anyway, we got to take a tour of the store and the back rooms! Thought I would share some of that with you...

First, they gave us these great bags to put all our goodies in. They gave us lots of stuff to take home and eat...
And O course, I was the most happy with the apple and banana that they gave us!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY!

I want to wish my Daddy-the very best Daddy in the world-a very Happy Birthday today! Here are some pictures to show you why he is the best daddy and deserves a great day...

From my first day...I knew he would always be there for me and that we would have so much in common...
We both like to take naps...sometimes together...

We both love football....although Daddy tends to get a little more upset at the games than I do...

Because he will read Freight Train to me as many times a day as I ask...which some days can be quite a few times!

And because he loves to go swimming with me.

I could go on and on about my Daddy but I think this gives you the idea. So please join me in wishing the best Daddy in the world...the best Birthday ever!

Mommy and I take a walk across the street at the park almost every morning. She likes the exercise but I love the rocks and sticks on the path!

Even the little gavel stones are fun to pick up...
We cross 2 bridges...we cross them several times because I like to walk back and forth across them.

Right before and after the bridges is all the sticks...there are so many!

This is my cup that I collect all of them in. We dump it out before we go home though...I don't think Daddy would be happy to see extra sticks in our yard!

Laundry Day....and what a better place to hang out than in my hamper!
Since Daddy's birthday is coming up this month, Mommy and I have been trying to find a good eggless cake recipe...and I think we found one. Mommy brings me right up to the counter so I can watch her make the cake and then I get to taste the batter...this one is good!

Fridays are big days here....it is garbage and recycling day. All the garbage guys know me-the driver beeps his horn to say hi and the guys on the back of the truck wave every time. I can hear those trucks coming down the street and then I run to the front door to watch for them!

Daddy showed me this fun trick. He put my swim trunks on my head...now I love to put everything on my head....

including my pajama bottoms!

I thought I would show you guys a pic of my toddler bed. It is my crib with one side missing. I have only fallen out once. I like it-I feel a lot more independent now!
