1 Year Check-Up

So as you can see in this picture, I love my ice cream! But you would never guess it since I am only in the 25th percentile for my weight! I had my 1 year check-up with Dr.Harrell on Tuesday and here are my stats:

Weight: 19 lb 8oz
Height 29.5 in

I am almost 2 lbs lighter than Hank was at 1 year and only 1/2 inch shorter (which puts me in the 75th percentile for height)...so I am holding my own! Dr.Harrell said I was one of her easier 12 month patients. I sat and let her do what she needed to do and then I showed her how good I can walk. She was very impressed :) I did not like the 2 shots I had to get but I got over it quickly. So all good news to report from my 1 year check-up!

My Birthday!!!

The Friday before my birthday, I got my gift from Mommy and Daddy...a new kitchen for the playroom and I love it! It's also a good thing that I got lots of dishes for the kitchen from Grandma Judy and Grandpa Wayne and Aunt Sue made me an apron!
The bouncer for my birthday was a compromise for Hank and I. The castle is for me but it had a hoop in it so Hank was very happy with that!
Aunt Liz was reading books with Hank....
And I enjoyed snacks with Mr.Ben (my someday soon-to-be Uncle)...not sure if he may have snuck some of my snack into his mouth...
LOVE my tickle Elmo from Aunt Liz and Mr.Ben...and so does Hank!
And I think Mommy really loves my tu-tu dress from Rob, Michelle, Addison and Alexis!
Don...I was happy to see Erin and Don...who made the trip from Chicago just for my birthday!
Decorations were a lot of lowers, ladybugs...all things spring-like.
The astro-turf in the front entry had flowers and ladybugs on it!
Hank helped me blow out the candles...
and I really enjoyed the cake!
I was not so sure about the bouncer. I preferred to sit...but Hank and Grandpa Ed had A LOT of fun bouncing!
And after a long couple of days...I enjoyed some much needed chill-out time with Grandma Judy.......ahhhhhhhh.

NJ Trip

We had a great trip up to NJ for our new cousin, Victoria's baptism. They had a lot of snow up there so we enjoyed that the first day we arrived. Daddy is trying to throw snowballs at grandpa Ed's shed to break the light....as he always does...
I enjoyed throwing snow in the fountain....
Grandma and Mimi were looking at the 1 lone fish in the pond...Grandpa and I were watching to see where Daddy's latest snowball hit...
Another day there, we enjoyed some time at the NJ Children's Museum.
Mimi liked the baby area...
We both liked the "house" play area.
Unfortunately our NJ cousins were a little sick while we were up there so we did not get to spend as much time with them as we would have liked. Brendan, Alexandra and Uncle Dan came up to Grandma and Grandpa's on Saturday so we could spend some time with them.
And Grandma added candles to the cookies so we could blow them out "just because"...
I got to read The Missing Piece, my favorite book, to Grandma and Grandpa...I think they enjoyed it!
Grandpa and I hiding out in the fort...
Sunday was the baptism. Danny and I had some time to talk before the ceremony...
Nad Brendan was sharing the love with Mimi.....:)
Aunt Alana, Victoria, Uncle Dan, Mommy and Omar (the godparents)
The Godparents and the lady of the day....
The Beldowicz clan (minus Omar) posing on Victoria's big day!
