I'm a Big Girl Now (Sort of)

Welcome to my new room! I moved out of the crib/toddler bed and into a new twin bed and a newly decorated room!
Pink is such a pretty color...
The headboard Daddy made for me using the blanket Aunt Sue made for me when I was born. Very girly-it's hard to see but it says MIMI in the center
My butterfly and flowers wall...I show it to anyone who walks in my room, it is my favorite part of the room! (And Mommy made the curtains!)
My fun name wall...and Daddy painted the pink trim for me. Don't you just love my new room!
Hank and I enjoyed "testing" out my new bed after Daddy got it set up. Everybody likes jumping on a bed, right?

Mother's Day and Other Random....

We attended a "Woofstock" Festival with my friend Addison and her family. Of course, I was not that interested in the dogs....more interested in the water fountains!
Addison and I enjoying the water
Pre-Mother's Day Brunch...we needed a snack to hold us over until brunch at the Doubletree
No matter how hard Dad tries...he can't get both Mimi and I to smile at the same time!
Not sure Ripken is enjoying himself as much as I am!
Hank's "move"...for the camera
Mimi being silly in the playroom with Elmo upside down on her head!
We have a new rook...and mimi and I LOVED watching the guys work...going up and down ladders, dumping stuff in the dumpster...all sorts of neat stuff!
Just a little brother and sisterly love wrestling!

Little Hank at the Big Capital

A HUGE Thank You to Governor Deal for signing the Proclamation declaring May 8th-14th as Food Allergy Awareness Week in Georgia!
Today was my first trip the to Golden Dome...Georgia's Capital building! I had to get dressed up because I was meeting the Governor!
I loved the steps...but they make me look so small!
A nice man took this pic of Mommy and me
The floor had lights!
At first, I was not too sure about having my picture taken...but it was with the Governor...and how many chance do you get to do that so.....
I smiled as always with my big cheesy grin!

Mommy videotaped me walking the steps...it was so much fun!
