Weekend Fun!

We have been keeping busy on the weekends.  Lots of fun stuff!

 We went to the Big Apple Circus!  Lots of fun!

 We saw jugglers and horses and dogs and tight rope walkers and lots of good things!

 We became part of the show!

 Then we went and saw the Lego movie...

 in 3D…it was awesome!  Just like the song they sing in the movie "Everything is Awesome"  which we listen to over and over and over now :)

 And we went to Legoland here in Atlanta!  Not as many rides as the one in FL but still lots of fun!

 Mimi was excited because they had a Friends section :)

 And a big soft lego pit to jump around in with a giant palm tree and giraffe made out of legos!

Mimi Starts Preschool!

Mimi is starting in a 3 year old class for a couple days a week thru May.  It will give her some more fun things to do during the day.  And her first day is a valentines celebration since they missed having one last week due to the snow.  So she has some good fun packed in her first day!

 Yay!  We went shopping for some new first day clothes yesterday! (Thanks Grandma Mary and Grandpa Ed)

 All ready!  Lunchbox is packed backpack it on ready to head to school!

Here and Gone!

This is how quickly the snow came and left Atlanta...

 This picture was taken on Thursday morning around 9am…we had all sleet and ice on Wednesday and then wednesday night into Thursday morning it snowed and snowed and it was cold.  Hank and Mimi got to make their snowman!

This picture was taken the same day!  Thursday afternoon, around 3pm.  GONE!  Snow melting quickly in the 40 degree temps and we are supposed to be in the 60's for a good part of next week!  Thank goodness we live in the South!

Here We Go Again!

 So it started as rain…turned to sleet then it started to freeze up….This was from the first wave of freezy slushy stuff

 And here we are day 2 - not leaving because of the inches of snow that dropped last night onto the frozen stuff!

 But you don't hear Mimi and Hank complaining!  They love it!
