Hi there! Sorry it has been a while since my last post. We had a lot of rainy days here that kept us cooped up inside for several days. But now, we are sunny and into the Fall temps (I had to wear a jacket and pants today!) so we are able to get out and do more!
Mommy and I continue to go to story time at the Library every Wednesday. We will be starting a new playgoup in the next couple of weeks so I am excited about that-new friends!
So, my soy results... were not so definitive. It looks like I am probably over the soy allergy but we will not know for sure until my next appt 6 months from now (which is right before my baby sister or brother gets here!). Mommy and Daddy decided with the doctor to start feeding me foods that have soy listed as an allergen on the package and so far-I have not had a single problem! So it looks really good but I will keep you posted!
Mommy and baby are still doing fine. I like to talk to Mommy's belly and pat it. Mommy always asks me if I think girl or boy.... and I say girl...but she keeps asking me! I guess we'll see!
The most exciting news is that we leave for Florida on Sunday....for a whole week! I am sure I will have a lot of pictures to share with you during and after the trip...so stay tuned!

Hi there! Ok, so first-if any of you have been waiting to hear my soy results...I don't have them. Mommy called the doctor Friday and he was out of the office for the day! So we have to wait till Monday. But I promise I will let you know as soon as I do. Anyway, take a look at my Elmo slippers! Elmo is becoming one of my very best friends. I walk around the house all day saying Elmo, Kie (which is Cookie Monster) and Ver (which is Grover). I love all my Sesame Street Friends!

I thought I would start to share some of my talking with all of you. In this one (just in case you can't hear him) Daddy asks "what does a doggie say?" and "what does a duck say?" and I answer him. I know a lot more animals but that was all I was willing to say for the camera at that time.
As I mentioned I love Kie (Cookie Monster). I like to talk like him too. In this video, Daddy asks me "what does Cookie Monster say?" I answer him in the voice that I think best sounds like Cookie.
And just in case any of you were wondering....I am going to be Cookie Monster for Halloween!

Hi! Sorry there has not been too much to report lately. We have been having a lot of rain so Mom has had to come up with indoor projects. This is my first time playing with Play-Doh. I got a beach set-to get me ready for our vacation in a couple of weeks. We are headed to FL to visit Aunt Liz a couple of days and then to Longboat Key (where Mommy and Daddy got married) for a couple of days. This will be my first time on a sandy beach so I am looking forward to it!
Mommy and my sister or brother are doing good-both are growing and I like talking to the "baby in the belly."
I will update you Friday when I find out the results of my soy blood work. We should find out if I am possibly over the allergy...which would be great!

Sharing

Mommy and Daddy say it's time I learned about sharing.

So the first thing I'm going to share is my blog...with my new brother or sister! Here he or she is!

He or she is 12 weeks and doing great. Mommy sometimes feels sick, but that is starting to go away. I'll have more pictures of my sibling soon.

My Game Day Experience!

Here it is...my blog about my first College Game Day Experience. Daddy and I got all dressed in our Notre Dame gear and headed to the GA Dome!
Here's the Game Day bus...

and I was this close to Chris Fowler!

I took a lot of pics with people. The Chick-Fil-A cow was very friendly-I even got coupons!
This is new for me...I love being on Daddy's shoulders-I can see above everybody else!

I got a picture with Jeff...and I am not sure why the girl in the background is so interested in us...

And I got a picture with Mike....I am still a little timid around him, but I am really getting used to him. I even cried when he left our house after we got back!
All in all it was a great experience! I was so tired that I fell right asleep in the car! I loved my first Game Day experience!
Please check back here at the end of the day tomorrow...I have someone I want you to meet...

**ALLERGY UPDATE**

Well, today was my 6 month visit to the allergist and I have good news and bad news. I still have to geet bloodwork done to confirm the results but here it is....They do the prick test in the office to see how my skin reacts to the foods I am allergic to. Then, they measure the size of the hive on my skin and compare it to the visit I had 6 months earlier. So here is how the numbers look:
Egg...still the same-no change
Peanuts....went from a 3 to an 11....which is really bad
Soy....went from a 7 to a 0! Which is really good!
So peanuts did get worse but Dr. Rezvani said that can still change and we have plenty of time for that. But the soy looks infinitely better! Once the bloodwork confirms it, we are going to do a soy challenge in the dr.'s office. Which means they will feed me a soy food over the course of a couple of hours and watch my reactions to it-if all goes well-I could be over my allergy to soy!
I will keep you posted!
