I like my tummy time!

I mean, I really like my tummy time...and I am getting really strong!

And, of course, Hank had to join me!

While he was not having tummy time with me he was "mixing" a cake...his cake was made with pasta and a lot of bowls...

And this was the best one of the week. Anybody that knows Daddy knows he loves his big screen tv. My big brother decided to put stickers on it. But we hurried and got them off before Daddy got home....

Hot Week!

It has been hot here! We spent a lot of time this past week trying to keep cool! We also spent a lot of time getting ready for our big parties coming up in a couple of weeks! We are celebrating Hank's Birthday and my Baptism...and we have a lot of people coming!

12 Weeks Old!

Yep-I am 12 weeks old as of yesterday! Can you believe it?? I decided to pull up some old pics of Mommy and Daddy and give each of you the opportunity to decide who you think I look like.....sooooooo, here I am today and then you see Mommy and Daddy (from like a hundred years ago!). Happy Memorial Day!

We have been pretty busy this past week.........I'M A BIG KID NOW!! I used the potty for this first time on Wednesday this past week! I have used it a couple more times since then. I am slowly getting the hang of it. YAY for me!!

I enjoyed some fun time playing outside with my trucks in the dirt....when it wasn't raining...

Daddy and I got real tired after the long weekend...we decided it was time for a nap...

But then I enjoyed a very relaxing bath....

and fell into a deep sleep...shhhhhhh!

Mommy was recording me but Hank had to make an appearance...

Ha! Mimi is doing her "tummy time" so I decided to steal the show in this picture!

We had to take yet another trip to the Home Depot and this time we picked up a watering can for Mommy's indoor plants. I kind of fell asleep with my cool shades on and Mommy caught me!

I know, I look pretty innocent and cute...but I keep Mommy and Daddy very busy! I had my 2 month check up and here are my stats:

Weight: 11lb 8oz

Height: 23 in

I am 2oz heavier and 1/2 inch shorter than Hank was at his 2 month appointment....but I am certainly holding my own!

And then there are times that I still am getting used to the fact that I have a baby sister...Mom says this look was "get off me!"

Ok, well, our main computer died on us this week. Yep, the one that houses all of our pictures! So, this is just a quick update to show you a few pics that we had on our camera that Hank and I were able to download onto our other computer. We will have the new computer by the middle of next week so we get back to more complete blog updates for you.

Here is Hank, watering all of the new landscaping we have by our new patio. He works hard with Mommy every day to keep the new plants growing! We can show you the new patio and all the landscaping as soon as we have the new computer...

I am 6 Weeks Old!

Yep, still doing a lot of this.....but I am growing so I need a lot of it! Daddy caught me sleeping on Mommy in quite a pose!
For those of you who remember my first pics-from 6 weeks ago-you can tell in this one that I have lost a lot of hair! It continues to fall out and what is left has lightened in color....so what will I look like....hmmmmmm.....



Not the most flattering video but Daddy wanted me to share this one. I had been doing a lot of crying and he caught me on video as it was ending....and then I talk to the camera...and then I burp ......and then you hear Daddy laughing hysterically....I know I will regret posting this.....

Doctor Visit

Hi, I have been keeping Mommy and Daddy really busy lately. This picture shows you how much I have Daddy wrapped around my little finger!

Anyway, Hank and I had our dr visits last week so I thought I would update you on those. My one month visit was good, no shots so I was happy about that. I weighed in at 9lb 6oz, which is up 2.1 lbs from my 1 week visit and I grew 1 1/4 inches. So yes, I enjoy eating! And I thought I would share some pictures of my other favorite activity lately....

Enough about me. Hank had his 2 yr visit with Dr. Harrell. He is weighing in at 27 lbs and measuring 34 1/2 inches. He had to have a shot and he DID NOT like that at all...I hate hearing him cry. He also had a vision test and he passed that with flying colors. Dr. Harrell said that Mommy and Daddy should start thinking about preschool for him-since 2 is a good age to start. Of course, I would like that-then I get Mommy all to myself. But we will let you know what they decide for that later. So that's it for now-I will keep you posted on more new stuff soon!

My Birthday Celebrations!

Sorry it has taken me a few days to tell you about my birthday. Unfortunately, Mommy had some complications from her c-section surgery and had to go to the ER on Sunday....yes, my birthday! But she is ok now and we are settling back down into our routines as Grandma Mary and Grandpa Ed leave tomorrow. Anyway, here are some of the highlights from April 11th!

My cousins paid us a visit on Friday and stayed overnight on their way to Florida. So we had a mini party with them. Spaghetti and meatballs was on the menu and we all enjoyed it!
Brendan and Mimi took some time at the party to talk and get to know each other...

Then it was cupcake time....I was not to keen on blowing out the candles but as you can see, Brendan really wanted to help me out!

Then came my actual birthday party on Sunday....here I am opening a new Thomas railroad!

And of course, I had to open it right away and set it up!

And last but not least, it was cake time! Mommy had made a yummy chocolate ice cream cake....I had no problem digging into that one!

It was a great 2nd birthday and we are happy Mommy is much better. Mimi and I will post some pics soon from Grandma and Grandpa's visit with us so stay tuned!!!
