Well, here we are towards the end of February...you know what that means? I have 19 days until I meet my baby sister or brother! I am getting very excited! Mommy is hanging in there although I often hear her saying that March 12th cannot get here soon enough! Anyway, we are ready and waiting for the new baby!!

What a difference a week makes! This is what is left of my snowman from last Saturday. This weekend we had sunny-65 degree weather. We enjoyed a lot of time outside!
As you can see, I had every toy out to play with....but of course there is the basketball in my hand ...

I love my hoop...Daddy took some great action shots of me!

I just keep shooting and shooting...

and shooting! Whether the hoop is inside or outside-I can't get enough basketball!

p.s I know there have been some problems with the videos on here. The blog site is working to fix the problem as soon as possible!

SNOW!!

We got a lot of snow here yesterday! Somewhere around 4 inches....we have never seen that much down here so Daddy and I had to get out and play!
I was making my footprints....

And we made a big snowman!

Daddy and I took a walk around the yard to check things out!

And boy did I love sliding down the hill! I don't even own boots or snow pants so I just played in my sweat pants and sneakers....but I had a great time!

Here it is...the new van. That's what I like to call it. When Mommy says we are going for a ride or have to go to the store I just keep repeating "new van." I love watching the doors slide open by themselves. Mommy pushs a button and...there they go! For any of you that really know my Mommy and Daddy, this was a big step. Neither one EVER thought they would drive a van but they love this car. Mommy says it has more in it than she could ever have imagined that she would need...but now she can't do without it! I took some interior pics so you can get a better idea of our new car.
As you can see, I am thoroughly relaxed in the new car...I guess Mommy caught me sleeping!

This is my view from the back seat. Usually Mommy is in the seat drinking her Starbucks hot chocolate....but she was taking the pics this day since I was snoozing.

I guess this is the DVD player?? Mommy and Daddy have not shown it to me yet...I think I overheard them saying they were afraid to let me see it because all I would want to do is watch Elmo every time I got in the car ...and they are right!

Again with the sleeping pics! This is a view of the back of the van. I have an empty seat to my left for my sister or brother and then another whole row in back.....who wants to come visit...we have lots of room!

The weather has been on and off lately. Somedays it can be 60 and others it is in the 40's. Mommy and I try to get out as much as we can. My favorite activities outside are going to the park and watering the flowers...or empty pots and then playing in the dirt!
We are all trying to rest up before the new baby comes....I hear they can make quite a bit of noise so we are all trying to relax now!

These days...I like climbing on or in anything. This is the drawer to my train table which I fit into nicely...

This is a stool from my playroom table. Of course I don't want to sit on it the right way so I flipped it over and I am sitting on it upside down!

And of course, I am still busy with my chores around the house. I vacuum all the time...just want to make sure everything is clean for the new baby!

Just a little info...both of these pictures were taken of Mommy at 31 weeks pregnant...the top one is her now, pregnant with the new baby, the bottom one is when she was pregnant with me. Mommy has gained the same amount of weight so far that she did with me, but she is bigger than she was with me. Also, she had more morning sickness this time than she did with me and she is more tired now than she was with me (Of course, that could be because she has to chase me around all day!) So....what's your guess?????

Here are the pics from my newly decorated room. We still have some stuff that we want to add so it looks a little empty right now but you'll get the idea. I love my new room!

But first....we had snow this week! Not a lot, but enough and it has stayed with us since our temps have not made it out of the 20's for the last 4 days! But we warm back up again this week-it is supposed to reach the mid 50's by Thursday...yay!

This is the other side of my room. My bed with the cars and trucks on the blanket and the stickers on the walls. Mom put them up high so I can't reach them...I like peeling them off the wall!

So that's my room! As I mentioned, we have more we want to add but decided we did not need to do it all at once. I will be sure and let you see updated pics as I get new stuff!

My new baby sister or brother will be here March 12, 2010!!

Mommy is having a repeat c-section so they went ahead and decided on a date....and March 12th it is! I can say I am excited now...not sure how I will really feel when she/he comes home. Anyway, thought I would share pics of the baby's new room...

And here it is.....the crib I used to sleep in.
All the furniture I used to have is now for the baby. But that's ok because I got all new stuff! We decorated it with a safari baby animal theme. It has lots of colors in it that will go with either a girl or boy.

And there's me...just goofing around in the corner so you can see another angle of the room. Coming soon...you can see pics of my newly decorated and furnished room!

Well...as I mentioned in the previous blog, Mommy and I have been a little under the weather. It turns out I have a double ear infection and am on antibiotics for it and Mommy has some sinus/respiratory thing that she is on antibiotics for. Daddy was fine but now he has a bad cold as well. So that is why it is taking me so long to get Christmas pics up. We are all getting better (an the baby is fine...don't worry about that). Here are a couple of pics from Christmas Day...unfortunatley we are having a hard time getting the videos to upload so I am still working on that. Hope to get them to you soon!

Hi. Sorry I have not posted any of the Christmas pics yet. Me and Mommy have been a little under the weather lately. I promise to get more posted in the next few days. Until then...here is one of my favorite gifts from Santa...Big Bird!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE!

So, here we are on Christmas Eve. I was so excited to read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas that I thought I would start without Daddy!

But then I decided to wait...so here I am getting all nestled snug in my bed-while Daddy reads to me...


But before all of that-we had to get the cookies ready for Santa...



And don't forget the milk. Daddy is telling me about how Santa comes down the chimney and brings the presents and you can hear me say "no throw"...I want to make sure Santa does not throw my presents down the chimney!

I need to get to sleep now...I hope I will talk to you again tomorrow!

I love play-doh. I have a lot of it so Daddy and I took some time out to play!

Otherwise, not much going on here right now. We are just getting ready for Christmas and Santa. I am still not quite clear on him but I certainly understand presents. I love opening them! Anyway, we will be home this year as I mentioned before because Mommy can't travel anymore. So we are starting some of our own traditions. And we will take lots of pictures and videos to show you all of it!

I received a lot of books for Christmas so I now that I have some free time-I have been doing a lot of reading!

We are also going to be working on the baby's nursery over Christmas. Daddy will be home for a few days and we are going to paint, and decorate the new room. Which also means that I get a whole new room too! We are going to totally re-decorate it and I get a new twin bed. I can't wait to show you pics of all of that too!

We went up to Chicago this past weekend for Grandpa Wayne's 70th birthday party and to celebrate Christmas. We are not able to go to NJ or IL over Christmas this year-the doctor told Mommy she should not travel past December 25th-since my baby brother or sister will be coming a few short months later. So we celebrated Christmas with my NJ cousins over Thanksgiving and Christmas with my IL cousins last weekend!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We sure did! My cousins from New Jersey came for a vist and we had a great time! I decided I would relax a little in my bear chair before they arrive...
This was Thanksiving Eve pasta dinner. We had a little kids table so we could all eat together.

You would think this would be me and Daddy napping after the big feast-but we took a snooze before we had dinner. I guess we needed the rest to prepare ourselves for the turkey...

This is an upper level view of the kids table on Thanksgiving day. As you can tell, we were all so into the meal that we could not take the time to look up and smile for the camera!

I will not get to see them at Christmas because Mommy is not allowed to travel from the end of December until my baby sister or brother arrives in March. So thank you to my cousins and Uncle Dan and Aunt Alana for driving from NJ to see us!
